20. Frequently asked questions
When is the best time to perform penis exercises?
You can do them when you like. Some men do them in the morning, while others perform them at night. Although for the most part the time of the day is said not to matter, you also should know that a man’s testosterone level is highest in the morning.
How often should I perform these routines?
