10. Jelqing Exercises & Techniques

Version #1
Grip firmly around the base of your penis with your thumb and forefinger in a semi-circle.
Starting from the base, pull on your member firmly, remembering not to use too much force. Be gentle, otherwise you could damage your most prized organ.


While gripping and pulling your unit, stretch it first down, then outward. While doing so, your penis should be in a semi-erect state. As you pull, touch your member all the way from base to head. While doing so, you should notice the expansion of its head as the blood flows to it.


Alternate hands as you start from the base, stretching downward to the head. “Milk” each portion of your unit in a smooth, rhythmic fashion. Touch every part of your penis except for its head.
Perform this version of jelqing according to the following schedule (five times a week):

 

  1. First week-Stroke your unit 200 to 300 times at medium strength every single day for 10 minutes each day.
  2. Second Week-Perform 300 to 500 strokes on your unit at a little bit faster than medium strength. This should take an average of 15 minutes a day.
  3. Third Week-From this time onward, stroke 500 or more times a day. Do this for 20 minutes at maximum strength-but yet remembering to remain safe. (Never cut off your blood circulation!)
  4. Remember the Following Tips: Do not do this while your penis is rock hard. If you get an erection, try to damper it by squeezing harder. Either that, or just try again later when you are at a semi-erect (not totally flaccid) state.

Furthermore, if you notice you are on the verge of ejaculation stop the exercise and wait for the urge to pass. This may be very hard to do and could possibly be a very powerful exercise in self-control.


Version #2-
As you may already know, Version #1 is a type that should work for most men. However, it might depend upon the comfort level of each person. To some men the steps may seem a little bit simpler:
  1. First, lubricate your penis from the hilt to the head. A good medicated lotion is useful for this purpose.
  2. Stretch your unit downward and outward firmly but gently with your thumb and forefinger. Switch hands as if you were milking a cow.
  3. Continue this action until you notice a moderate amount of “swelling.” Then, stroke with more force. Repeat a total of 100 times.

 

Important Info: For the first 10 days it is recommended that you only perform the minimum prescribed strokes (100 total). Then, in time you should perform up to 200 repetitions.


If you are doing the exercises correctly, you should notice the glans of your penis head turning redder. This is a sign of increased blood being sent to this area. This is exactly what you should hope to achieve.


Version #3-(The “Dry” Technique)
This one is very similar to either Steps 1 and 2. The main difference is that you do not use lubrication. The other major difference is that you would squeeze and pull the skin but not slide your fingers over it.
While doing so, you should notice that the base and middle of the shaft will expand. You might have to work them separately at this point.
It seems that men who use this exercise have the most success in the morning. This is usually when testosterone production is highest. If your penis is sore, you might want to take a break for a day.


Version #4
Again, all jelqing routines are similar. It is up to you to find the one that works best for you. Of course, like most milking exercises (except for the “dry” version) you need some lubrication. Learn how to apply it as well as how the rest of the steps go by viewing below:

  1. Start applying the lubrication (Vaseline Intensive care is one of the most highly recommended). When your penis is halfway erect, rub a little bit more lotion in your hands.
  2. With one of your hands form your thumb and forefinger as you would when forming an “okay” sign. Then, grip your thumb and forefinger around the base of your penis tightly.
  3. While still gripping firmly, pull gently as you slide your hand down your member to its head. As you do this, you will notice the head expand. Switch hands and then repeat as if you are milking a cow.
  4. Continue this action for up to 100 motions within the first week. Then, increase your strokes to 200 repetitions for a maximum of 10 minutes within the first and second week.
  5. By the end of the second week, you might want to increase the time of the exercise to 20 minutes. You might at this time be doing up to 300 then. Remember, your penis should remain only partially erect.
  6. If you feel the urge to ejaculate, stop the exercise until the urge disappears. (That is, of you can! Try as hard as possible to have self-control if you to improve your endowment.)

Version #5-(The Tao Technique)
A man would usually perform this action if he wants to increase the head of his penis. It is quite a bit like Version #1 only performed much slower and gentler.


Summary of Steps

Gently apply force with your fingers to push the blood up to your penis head. While doing so remember to apply pressure but not too much for too long. About 10 seconds is ideal.


You can also squeeze the shaft to send the blood to the head of your unit. This will result in an enlarged bell or mushroom-shaped tip.


Once the tip (the head) has been enlarged, you can then release the squeeze. Repeat as many times as you can not going over 10 minutes.
