Safe Lubrication Tips
When working your penis during certain exercises (particularly the jelqing one) you need to lubricate your penis. This requires some amount of common sense as provided below:


Whatever you do, NEVER use soap or shampoo! These products can irritate your skin, and could eventually even dry it out and cause it to crack. The risk of damage is increased the more you use these products.


The best solution to use is a lotion that does not contain very harsh ingredient. It is easiest to clean up. Furthermore, it lasts long and allows you to go as fast as you want while working your organ during exercise.


Other products you could use include petroleum jelly or baby oil. However, the Vaseline is thicker than lotion so does not allow for ease of movement with your hand as the lotion would. Baby oil would be a little better to use than the petro jelly because it is more slippery. However, it may be too slippery and it can cause stains.
