12. PC Exercises
PC Muscle Exercise Variations
PC exercises are the ones that help work the pubococcygeal muscle located in the pubic area. It is a good idea to try a variety of routines on a daily basis. They are more commonly referred to as the Kegel exercises-which both men and women do.
Types of PC Movements
- PC clamps-This is a simple squeeze and release routine. The recommendation is to start with sets of 20, and gradually build to routines of 100 or more. - Push out-While you let those last squirts of urine out, contract your PC muscle in the opposite direction. If you do this correctly, your anus will open. The outcome is that you experience a different sensation that you would use other techniques.
