15. Recommended daily workout

Hopefully by now you have read some of the other pages of our site that describe the various types of exercises you should perform in your daily workout. It is important that you read the descriptions of each of them and then apply them to the following recommended daily workout plan:

 

5-Day Weekly Workout Plan

  1. Hot Towel Warm-up-Do this for five minutes each day. It requires soaking a wash cloth in near hot water, then wrapping it around your penis. It can be done either while you are flaccid or erect. Hold it there for a minute and then repeat a couple of times. Then, dry off your penis to ensure a good grip.
  2. Stretching exercise-This should be performed for a duration of 25 to 30 minutes a day. It should be done while the penis is not erect, but limp. While doing so be careful to not cut off your circulation (at least not too much) while applying enough pressure to be effective.
  3. Circulation routine-1 minute per day is all you need, approximately. This requires the whipping of your member in a circular motion. The recommended repetition is 30 times. The most important thing to remember while doing this is to secure your scrotum with your hands. Otherwise, you could be in some pain.
  4. Jelqing exercise-The recommended duration is from 10 to 20 minutes every day. Usually a smooth oil or lotion is recommended for this purpose.
  5. You can use Vaseline Intensive Care, but massage oil and hemp oil also work. Keep in mind that only a few drops of oil or a small dab of lotion goes a long way. You want your member to be moistened, but you also do not want to make a mess.
  6. PC (Pubococcygeal muscle) exercise-You can benefit from this routine which only requires about 5 minutes of your time per day. Varying routines help you work the muscles which are located between your pubic bone and your tailbone.
  7. Massage and cool down-This one only requires about 5 to 10 minutes of your time daily. When you are done with your workout, make sure you message your penis. Recommended length of time would be about 7 to 10 minutes. A minimum of 5 minutes may be sufficient though.
