Penis Stretching Tips


Usually it is important to stretch your penis before starting your genital exercise routines. This will help prevent injury and also will increase your chance of enhancement success.


You can stretch your sexual organ by using one of the following techniques:


#1-A Basic Lovemaking Enhancement Routine
You may have seen a similar list of steps in some popular lovemaking books. Variations of it are printed all the time. This technique involves the following steps:

  1. Grip your sexual organ pull it forward from your body. Repeat this action while not pulling too hard. Each pull should take approximately 15 seconds.
  2. Perform this action in a similar way only in different directions: to the left, to the right, and then down all 10 times each according to the guidelines in Step #1.
  3. Then comes the fun part: You get to rub the head of your penis until it “gets hard.” Then, place your thumb and forefinger wrapped in a semi-circle around the base of your organ. Pull forward one inch 10 times.
  4. Now it’s time for some “circular action.” First, pull your erect member to the right. Then, rotate in round circles while pulling outward 10 times. Repeat the same action to the left also 10 times.
  5. Pull on each side 10 times while slapping your organ against your inner thigh.

#2-A “Wholelistic” Technique
This one is considered more wholelistic in nature, and could possibly have some spiritual connotation. It is a practice that dates back to ancient times.


It is based on Taoistic teachings:

  1. Inhale air through your nose and throat, and then swallow. This forces the air down to your stomach.
  2. Continue to press the air down to your stomach, to your lower abs, and eventually to your penis.
  3. Press three fingers of your left hand press down on the midpoint between the scrotum and the anus. Continue to hold your fingers in position on that midpoint and resume normal breathing.
  4. With your free hand, move the penis first forward and then backward. While doing so, stretch it out and repeat this action 36 times.
  5. Rub the glans of your sexual organ with your thumb until it is erect. Then, grip your member firmly at the base with your thumb and forefinger.
  6. While grasping your member firmly slide your hand forward about one inch. This helps push the energy towards the head.
  7. Pull your organ towards the right. Then rotate 36 times first in a clockwise motion, then in a counterclockwise motion. Repeat this same action only to the left instead of the right.
  8. Then, beat your organ against both your left and right thighs 36 times each.

The purpose of this exercise is to push the flow of energy into the penis. Furthermore, these steps also help improve their tone and function.


#3-The 2” Stretch
This technique is one that supposedly increased penis size by up to two inches. It has been advertised on many websites. Of course, the results will vary, but it will help stretch out your member considerably.
Grip the penis while it is still limp. Then take one hand and grip it around the head, firmly but not too firmly. Make sure you allow the blood within your organ to circulate.


Pull your member directly forward, stretching as far as you can but not too far. You should feel no pain as you do this. Hold for 30 to 60 seconds and then rest it.


Continue the previous step repeatedly for 5 to 20 minutes per session. Remember to take a 10 to 20 minute break in between.


#4.-The one Men “Swear” By
Supposedly, this technique is one that men believe in. It is one that has been used by men while either sitting or standing. If you are in need of a stretching technique you can count on, this one is recommended often. This one is much like the order of steps outlined in #3, but is more detailed.


Steps

  1. While the penis is still flaccid (limp), grip your hand around its head while allowing enough slack so that the blood continues to flow. Be careful not to cut off your circulation.
  2. Pull out your penis and stretch it out as far in front of you as possible. You should feel no pain or discomfort while doing so. Hold for five minutes while pulling your member out a little bit after each minute goes by.
  3. Then, relax for a minute. In order to help get the blood flowing through your penis again, rotate it in a circular motion about 30 times.
  4. Repeat the above steps 4 times while pulling your member in a different direction each time-either up, down, left, or right.
  5. After you have completed 5 pulls each in a different direction. Pull your member out in front of you and then stretch it out of 1 minute and then tug it slightly 10 times. Be careful not to pull on it too hard.

The purpose of stretching your penis with your hands is to achieve the affect you would while using weight systems designed for the same purpose. Still, you should be careful while working your member to apply most of the pressure on the thin nerve that runs along the top of the penis.


Another tip while doing this exercise is to not hold your unit too tight, otherwise you will cut off the blood flow. However, you should persist with this for a few months for best results.
